tayavip's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayavip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tayavip does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
